It's official!

You’re confirmed as a guest for the Interstate of Music Podcast! You will receive a meeting invite for your selected day and time at the email address you used. If there are any changes needed, a member of our staff will contact you. 

BEFORE YOUR INTERVIEW
  1. Please confirm your Zoom software is up-to-date and functioning properly
  2. Load one of the custom Zoom backgrounds (Download here)
  3. Ensure your microphone & camera are working 
  4. Have good lighting and do not sit too close to the camera
DURING YOUR INTERVIEW
  • Your meeting invite contains the Zoom link for your interview – you will be let into the call right at your designated start time
  • Recording will not start immediately.  You will have a chance to confirm Zoom is working properly, speak with us and ask any questions
  • Once recording begins, the session will last approximately 45 minutes
  • After the recording you will receive an email confirming the date your podcast will be published as well as promotional materials for you to use
